2008 PRC Community Health Assessment PDF
Professional Research Consultants out of Omaha, Nebraska, was hired in the Fall of 2007 to provide a needs assessment for the community to determine the greatest health issues that face our area. The Living Well Foundation will use these findings to determine how best to serve the community with programs and grants.
